You Acknowledge That You Have Signed An Open Agreement With Service Provider To Advertise Your Profile For Home Tuition With Subject To Availability.
You Acknowledge That You Will Perform Initial 2 Days Free Trial Class To Student For Their Parents Peace Of Mind.
You Acknowledge That Continuous Two Unsuccessful Trials Will Terminate This Contract Immediate And No Excuse Will Be Acceptable.
You Acknowledge That Your Provided Information Is Correct As Per Declaration And Can Be Shared To Student’s Parents Before Your Demo Class For Their Peace Of Mind.
You Acknowledge That Your Incorrect Information Will Terminate This Contract Immediate And No Excuse Will Be Tolerated.
You Acknowledge You Are Undertaking This Contract In The Presence Of ALLAH And You Will Pay 50% Of Your 1st Tuition Fee To Tuition Provider (AHT) Immediate As Service Charges.
You Acknowledge We Can Pledge Your 1 Original Document If Necessary Against Of Every Month Advance Tuition Fee And Will Release You After Your Clearance From Student's Parents.
You Acknowledge That If You Disappear Or Not Served Or Leave The Assigned Tuition Without Any Reason Then We Have Legal Rights To Sue You And You Will Bear All Damages And Legal Expenses Incurred.
You Acknowledge That Only You Will Be Responsible For Your Own Punctuality, Student Performance And Your Behavior Towards Student, Parents & The Premises.
You Acknowledge That You Will Give 1 Month Advance Notice To Student’s Parents And Service Provider To Release Your Pledge Document After Clearance From Student's Parents.
You Acknowledge That You Cannot Claim Your Advance Tuition Fee In Case Of Leaving Assigned Tuition Without 1-Month Advance Notice And You Will Also Refund Received Advance Tuition Fee Immediate With Good Faith.
You Acknowledge & Accept Any Additional Terms And Conditions Of Service Provider From Time To Time.
